Current Status
All online services are operating normally.
NOTE: There are occasional, unexpected outages of up to 15 minutes that will not be reflected on this page. Unexpected outages that occur outside normal business hours may not be reflected on this page. There are no scheduled outages at this time.
System Resets:
The Annapolis Data Center (ADC) resets our systems each day between 4:00 and 5:00 AM This may disrupt service on some of our systems for about 10 minutes between those times. Our web servers are reset each day between 5:00 and 7:00 AM. Eastern Time. This may disrupt service to our entire web site for about 10 minutes during that time. See the table below for our normal update schedule.
Regular Scheduled Database Updates
At all other times online systems should be available for normal use.
Real Property searching may not be available during the indicated time period. The Homestead Tax Credit system is unavailable. CERT Certificate of Status is unavailable during the indicated time period. Business data systems are unavailable, which affects the Certificate of Status, Corporate Charter, Personal Property, and UCC searches.
