To view ground rent registrations on file with the Department:

1. Click this link to the Real Property Data Search system
2. select the appropriate jurisdiction where the property is located from the drop down menu
3. choose a search method to proceed
4. if searching by address, do not enter north, south, east, west, road, lane, street, etc.
5. on the top banner of the property display page choose the link in white Ground Rent Registration.  
6. to view the scanned registration document click on the Acknowledgement Number
